This mocktail mojito recipe is my absolute favorite when I want to make a refreshing drink in under 10 minutes. It’s so easy to make, flavorful, and alcohol-free! As a non-drinker, there’s nothing I love more than trying out different mocktail recipes that taste good and have less than 5 ingredients.
Whether you’re looking to take a break from alcohol, or just want a tasty cocktail without the booze, this is the perfect mocktail to make after a long day. My husband is obsessed with this recipe and it only takes me a few minutes to make.

Step-by-Step Instructions To Make a Mocktail Mojito
- Rinse and cut up your mint and limes. Cut each lime into 4 wedges.
- Add the mint and lime wedges into the glass, along with 1-2 teaspoons of honey simple syrup.
- Muddle the ingredients.
- Fill up the glass with ice.
- Pour in the sparkling water or club soda and stir.
- Garnish the drink with a mint leaf and enjoy!
What if I don’t have a muddler?
If you don’t have a muddler, there are plenty of alternatives. You can use the end of a wooden spoon, a regular spoon, or the end of a rolling pin to muddle the ingredients to get the most out of the flavors.
Can I use a different sweetener than the honey simple syrup?
Of course! You can use sugar or agave syrup to make this drink. While it may change the flavor slightly, it’ll still taste just as delicious.
