After making the viral TikTok Baked Oats Recipe inspired by callascleaneats, I added some fruit to the mix, making this tasty raspberry lemon baked oats dish.
These raspberry lemon baked oats have quickly become a breakfast staple of mine. It’s so easy to make and there’s an endless list of ways you can make this recipe your own. When you have a sweet tooth in the morning and want to try something new, this recipe is for you.

Step-by-Step Instructions To Make Raspberry Lemon Baked Oats
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Add all ingredients (except for the raspberries) into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour batter into the ramekin and add raspberries on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
What You’ll Need For This Recipe
- Oats: I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, but any rolled oats should be fine for this recipe.
- Banana: You’ll only need half a banana for this recipe, but make sure it’s super ripe- the softer, the better!
- Egg: I use regular farm eggs for this recipe, but you can try an alternative to see if it works for you.
- Honey: I usually use half of a teaspoon of honey for this recipe but you can add more to make it sweeter. You can also opt to use sugar instead.
- Lemon zest
- Frozen raspberries
Is This Recipe Gluten-Free?
Yes! This recipe is completely gluten-free. You can use Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats which are gluten-free and work perfectly for this recipe. I use them every time!

- 1/2 banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp honey
- 1/3 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
