Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins split in half
  • 1/2 -1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 container mozarella fresca 190g
  • 20 pepperoni sausages (turkey or other substitutes work!)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375
  • Place the English muffin halves on the sheet pan
  • Spread pizza sauce generously onto each muffin
  • Add slices of mozzarella and pepperoni onto each muffin
  • Top off with shredded cheese
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted (about 10-15 minutes)
